Zoo with Molly

Apparently, it was vulture awareness day. This lady was telling the girls
how vultures eat dead things. Just what they want to hear, I'm sure.





Cute baby giraffe

Some guy held out this branch & the giraffe came right over to get it. They really are neat creatures. I've never seen one this close up before.


My friends, Erika & Matt, & their daughter, Molly came to St Louis from KC for a visit last weekend. We went to the zoo & had a nice time. It was massively hot (high 90's) but we survived. The sucky thing is that the next day it was in the 70's. Oh well. and I really think that Molly & Kendall could pass for sisters, maybe even twins!
