Today was our 5th Annual pumpkin Carving party. The weather turned out great. It had been rainy all week, so we were keeping our fingers crossed for good weather. We had some yummy chili, hot dogs, nachos, cream cheese dip & orange brownies. I think a good time was had by all! Doesn't Kendall look cute in her costume? I love babies in costumes!!

Yesterday, Kendall got her flu shot. She did great, she didn't even cry when the nurse gave her it. I'm glad she was finally able to get one with all the sickness going around. They've been hard to find. Our pedi's office wasn't giving the shots & the Urgent Care the pedi's office recommended had been out of shots too. Walgreen's didn't have any either. The Health Dept isn't giving them. Luckily, Jason called the Urgent Care yesterday and they had gotten more in. Now she just has to go back & get the booster in a month. Trying to find the H1N1 shot is a whole 'nother story!

It's hard to see, but K finally has a tooth!! It's been there for a couple weeks, but it's hard to get a picture of it.

Go Mizzou Tigers!!

Jason is a huge Mizzou Football fan, so we got Kendall this little t-shirt. I thought it would be funny if I let her roll the football around. Whenever Jason says "Touchdown!!", Kendall claps her hands.

I'm not a huge fan tonight! MIZZOU is getting killed by Texas. The shirt on Kendall has officially been banned on game day.

My friends, Erika & Matt & their almost 8 month old daughter, Molly, came to St Louis for a visit this weekend. On Saturday, we took a trip to the zoo. It was a little on the cold side, but overall not bad. Kendall seemed to enjoy the zoo more this time than she did a couple months ago. The zoo was all decorated for Halloween & there were pumpkins everywhere. Today Erika & Matt stopped by our house on their way back to KC. Molly & Kendall played together a little bit, I'll have those pics another day.

Silly Dreams

Hello People! I don't have any pics for you today. Just wanted to tell you about my crazy dream. So ever since Kendall's been born, I occasionally have these dreams where I think she's in bed with us. This usually happens a couple times a week. I don't know why I dream this becuz we have never co-slept with her in our bed. But I will wake up & start looking for her on the bed. Weird, I know. So last night, I dreamt this once again & I wake up & I'm looking all over for her. I was looking all around Jason & I didn't see her. Now don't laugh--but then I start shaking Jason awake & saying "Where's Kendall?? Where's Kendall???" Jason doesn't wake up for nothing so I must have really been shaking him. He wakes up and says "ARE YOU AWAKE??" I say, "Yes, where's Kendall? I put her in bed with us & I can't find her!" Gosh, I'm mental! Then I fall right back to sleep and then J can't go back to sleep since I rudely awakened him. Whoopsies!!! This makes me laugh just thinking about it and I laughed again this morning when J & I were talking about it. Hopefully I won't shake J again. I don't think he'll be too happy with me.
