Today was Gretchen's Bridal shower. It was hosted by Lenny's step sister, Katie. She did an awesome job!!! Good friends, good food & an all around good time!!! She got a lot of gifts. Hope u had fun Gretch!!!

Today, Amy, me and Kendall went down to Main Street to have lunch & walk around. I haven't seen Amy in over a year. She lives in Cleveland with her husband Tom. But now she is going to be moving to Oceanside, California. So she's in St Louis for a few weeks staying with her parents before she heads out to CA. It was soo good to see her! We had a nice time but it was super hot. I was dripping in sweat and so was Kendall. Yech! Can't wait for Fall!!!!

Our old dishwasher was "on the fritz" so we had to buy a new one last week. Kudos to Jason for installing it. I didn't think he would know how to do it and pretty much told him so!! But he did good. I was half expecting for water to be all over the place. But we ran it for the first time yesterday and nothing bad happened. So all is well. We let Kendall play in the big box the dishwasher came in. Rascal was not amused. He wanted out. Doesn't he look so cute in this pic though?

This is Benjamin. He'll be 1 yr old in a few weeks.

Kendall went over to play in our neighbor's little pool today. It's so cute, it has little fountains and a slide. She was kinda indifferent about it though. She really only put her feet in it. We might try again tomorrow.

Yesterday, we went over to Donnie & Jen's for a BBQ. It was a good time! They had pools set up for the kids and Jen bought little flags, glitter tattoos, glow necklaces/bracelets and popsicles for the kids.

Gretchen, Bella, Kendall & I all went to the zoo today. We had a fun time. Bella & Kendall are so cute together. Bella is such a good helper and likes to help feed Kendall & watch over her. Both of them were so good, they didn't get cranky at all. K was starting to get tired towards the end though. Kendall even rode the train for the 1st time today. She really liked it.
