20 weeks!

Kinda hard to believe I'm halfway done with this pregnancy already. I'm still getting away with wearing my regular clothes too. I was already wearing maternity clothes when I was pregnant with Kendall. So much for showing quicker with your 2nd kid.      Still feeling good too, hopefully that continues for awhile.

19 Weeks! It's a Boy!!!

All the questions I do each week are getting a bit repetitive, so I'm going to take a break from those for a bit. I had my 19 week ultrasound/appt yesterday. We took Kendall with us so she could see her baby brother or sister. Well, she seemed a bit bored. I guess that is understandable. I had a hard time seeing some of the baby parts myself becuz he kept moving all over the place. His heartbeat was 147 bpm.  The baby is looking healthy so far and it's a little BOY!! So that's cool.  New territory for us there and Jason is really happy about it.  I'm doing well so far too.   Time to start pricing all of Kendy's old clothes and have a garage sale to make some extra cash!!

In other news, we signed a contract to build a new construction home in Wentzville. We're excited about that. It will be nice to have more space and each kid will have their own room.  It won't be done til December though. Merry Xmas to us. :)

Zoo

The new baby elephant named Priya. So cute.

Last Saturday, we went to the zoo with Greg and Lauren. I think Greg is like Jay's 3rd cousin?! Lauren is his wife. Kendall loves her. She is also pregnant, due 2 days before me on Nov 10th!   Anyway, we had a fun day. Started out with lunch on the Hill at Amighetti's and then headed over to the zoo. I think it was the busiest I've ever seen the zoo. Prlly cuz it was such a nice day out!!

18 Weeks!!

HOW FAR ALONG??? 18 weeks

MATERNITY CLOTHES??? Nope!

STRETCH MARKS?? Nope!

SYMPTOMS--Same as always. Metallic tastes in mouth except now I'm getting it with salty foods like pretzels too. Ugh. OVER IT!     Had my 1st charlie horse this pregnancy. Those things hurt so bad. I use to get them quite a bit when I was pregnant with Kendall.          I've been really thirsty lately too.

SLEEP--Not too bad. I slept thru the nite a couple times this week.

BEST MOMENT THIS WEEK??  Just glad this pregnancy is going well so far! Thankful!

MISS ANYTHING?? I wish the metallic taste would go away!!! I kinda missed having an alcoholic beverage when we went to the Zach Brown Band concert last Friday.

MOVEMENT--Feels like popcorn popping in my belly now.

FOOD CRAVING?? None really

QUESY?? No

STARTED SHOWING YET??  Lil bit

LOOKING FORWARD TO--Finding out what Gretchen is having tomorrow and my ultrasound on Tuesday. We are bringing Kendall with us and I'm excited to see her reaction to the baby.

17 Weeks!

HOW FAR ALONG??? 17 weeks

MATERNITY CLOTHES?? No

STRETCH MARKS?? No

SYMPTOMS?? Metallic taste in mouth after eating certain sugary things, some constipation, my skin is definitely oilier.

SLEEP? Back to getting up once a nite to pee

BEST MOMENT THIS WEEK? Kendy keeps suggesting baby names to us. She said if it's a boy we should name it "Alex".  If it's a girl, she suggested Moolawna (not real sure how u spell that). I don't even know where she got that name from. But she has said it to me a couple times now. HA.

MISS ANYTHING? Same as always, wishing I could eat candy without an aftertaste.
