Strike a pose







Jason took these pics with Kendall a couple days ago. I guess he was having her do silly poses.  They will be spending more time together becuz I'm going to a boot camp fitness class every Tues/Thurs nite for 6 weeks. I'm trying to get in better shape & lose a few lbs (or maybe a lot)! I had my first class on Tuesday. It was hard but definitely do-able.  I was sweating a ton!  Jumping jacks, running up a hill, squats, lunges, planks, push-ups, shuffling, etc.  Fun stuff!                             Jason & I also ran a 5K last Saturday. I'm very proud of him, it was his 1st one ever. He did a good job! We plan on running another one sometime this yr.

Do you guys do food journals or any nutrition stuff at all too?

I know, they suck. We've been doing all kinds too. Front planks and side planks. They were actually already a bit easier to do last nite than the 1st nite.

No food journals or nutrition. I'm assuming we won't be doing that. I'm tryin to eat good though.
