Kendall got her ears pierced!!

We have been telling Kendall forever that when she stopped sucking her fingers that she could get her ears pierced and get a booster seat in the car. We started with the booster seat like a month ago and she hasn't sucked her fingers since. Then we told her she could wait a couple more weeks and get her ears pierced. So we went Saturday. I didn't think it was going to happen. We got to Claire's and she was acting all weird about it. I know she wanted to do it but at the same time was really scared too.  Finally she said she was ready. The girl did the first ear and of course, Kendy burst out crying. Luckily the girl just quick went ahead and did the other one really fast.  and then it was over. Kendy cried for a little while but now it's over with! She has been really good about cleaning her ears 3 times a day. We haven't bought any earrings yet cuz she was just too upset that day to pick any out and it's not like she can wear them yet anyway.       WAY TO GO KENDALL!!!

Yesterday was Kendy's Vday party at school. I went and helped out a little.  The mom in charge of the party pretty much had everything planned and bought though. It was fun. They did a little craft where they decorated mailboxes. Then they had a snack of cupcakes, a cookie and goldfish crackers. Sugar high!!!! Then they divided into 2 teams and had a race carrying hershey kisses on spoons. Kendy's team won. Then they played duck, duck, goose. I think all the kids had a good time.
