Splash pad

Last Monday, we met the Ulanoski's up at Brendan's playground so the kids could play and have fun in the splash pad. Alex was cracking me up. He'd just stand in the stream of water & couldn't care less about it.

16 Weeks!

HOW FAR ALONG? 16 weeks

MATERNITY CLOTHES??   Not yet

STRETCH MARKS?? Nope!

SYMPTOMS??  Didn't really have that many symptoms this week. Round ligament pain. Still getting some yucky tastes in my mouth from sugary things, but it's not as bad as it was.        I'll sometimes wake up at nite and my hands will be "asleep".

SLEEP?? Was actually pretty good too. I didn't wake up every nite to pee like I had been doing.

BEST MOMENT THIS WEEK??    Today at the dentist, the hygienist couldn't believe I was prego and she said I was tiny. HA.                Kendall keeps asking me if the baby eats what I eat.

HAVE U TOLD FAM/FRIENDS? Yep

MISS ANYTHING??? Still miss eating sugary things without the metallic after taste.

MOVEMENT?? little flutters

FOOD CRAVING?? Still liking the ice cream

ANYTHING MAKE U QUESY??  Cool ranch doritos. Shrimp doesn't sound as gross anymore, but I haven't tried eating any lately.

Carnival

Last Saturday, we went up to the carnival by Mid Rivers Mall with Ben and his parents.  The kids had a blast riding all the kiddie rides. I think their fav was the race car ride, it went super fast around the corners. My fav part was eating the funnel cake. :)

Last Friday, Kirstie, my mom, Kendy and I all went to Grant's Farm. We had a good time. It ended up raining for maybe like 5, 10 minutes but then it passed luckily. Kendall had the best time feeding the goats. I swear we were in the goat pen for like an hour. She kept teasing the goats. She'd let them have the bottle and then she'd take it away and go find another goat to do it too.

HOW FAR ALONG?? 15 weeks

MATERNITY CLOTHES--Not yet.  Bought some new maternity jeans and capris over the weekend though.

STRETCH MARKS?  Nope

SYMPTOMS--Round ligament pain.  It hurts pretty bad when I sneeze.   Yucky tastes in my mouth when eating candy and cookies.    A little bit of restless leg syndrome

SLEEP---Still waking up at nite to pee

BEST MOMENT THIS WEEK--Hearing the heartbeat yest on the doppler (it's in the 140's). Kendall asking if she can rub the baby. haha. and also asking me if I push the baby out when I go poop. Also she loves looking at all the baby clothes/accessories when we go shopping now.

HAVE U TOLD FAM/FRIENDS--YES

MISS ANYTHING--Being able to eat candy without a yucky aftertaste in my mouth

MOVEMENT--still feeling flutters

STARTED SHOWING YET--Maybe a little bit. I feel like my belly looked bigger in last week's pic though.

14 weeks

I'm going to follow a format every week that I've seen some other bloggers do during their pregnancy.

HOW FAR ALONG ARE YOU??  14 weeks

MATERNITY CLOTHES?? Not yet.

STRETCH MARKS??? Nope.

SYMPTOMS-- The tiredness has went away and the nausea too. I'm still getting yucky tastes in my mouth when I eat candy and more sugary things.   If I get up too fast from sitting or laying down, I sometimes get a sharp pain in my belly.  My feet start to hurt if I stand too long.

SLEEP: I usually get up once a night to pee. Sometimes I can't fall back asleep after waking up.

BEST MOMENT THIS WEEK: Telling our families and announcing on Facebook

HAVE U TOLD FAM/FRIENDS:  Yes!

MISS ANYTHING:  Not really

MOVEMENT--I swear I feel little flutters. I don't think it's gas all the time either.

FOOD CRAVINGS--Pizza and ice cream

ANYTHING MAKE YOU QUEASY?   Shrimp and Cool Ranch Doritos

STARTED SHOWING YET? I don't think that much. Depends on what shirt I'm wearing. I might just look fat.     I def look more prego at night though when my stomach is pooching out.

So yeah...I'M PREGNANT!!!! :) I will be 14 weeks tomorrow. Due on 11-12-13.    We told our families on Sat at a little bbq we had at our house. We waited til everyone arrived, then I took Kendy upstairs and put the shirt on her and we went outside and waited to see if anyone noticed. Janet noticed right away & said "U didn't have that shirt on before! What does that say??"  and then I had everyone gather around and told them.      We had told Kendy earlier in the day that she was gonna be a big sister and that it was a secret and we'd tell everyone later on. Well, she actually kept the secret!!!!  She's really excited. She kept asking for a little bro or sis.                                         All seems to be going well so far. I went to my 1st Dr appt at 11 weeks and had an ultrasound. We saw the baby and heard the heartbeat. My next appt is next week. I've been feeling pretty good now. At first I was nauseous and really tired. But that seems to have passed for now!!!
