Playmat Fun!

I crack myself up!!

I snapped these pics this morning. Kendall was being super smiley and having fun on her playmat. She also slept thru the night again last nite (9:30pm-6:30am). It has happened a couple times before. The norm though is that she usually wakes up once around 3 or 4am, eats and goes back to sleep. Jason and I are fine with that though. She's getting to be so big!!!

Also would like to congratulate my friend, Erika and her husband Matt. She gave birth to a girl, Molly Elizabeth, on Weds Feb 25th. She weighed 7 lbs, 11 oz and was 20 inches long. Congrats!!

Kendall is 2 months old!!

Kendall had her 2 month Dr appt today. She now weighs 10 lbs, 8 oz & is 22 3/4 inches long. She got 1 oral shot and 2 shots in her leg. She did rather well. She did scream when the nurse did the shots but not for long once Jason picked her up. The Dr wants us to take her to a Ped Dermatologist to have her lip looked at since she has that red mark on her top lip. Apparently it can get bigger in the 1st yr & he wants the Derm to look at it now.

Today was my mom's day off! I decided to be super smiley and she snapped a bunch of pics of me. We ate lunch with my Auntie Gretchie at Olive Garden and I slept right thru it. Mommy then took me to Babies R Us ( which I also slept thru) and bought me some new outfits because I am growing like a weed. I can't wait to wear my new threads!! Then we went to Target and I decided to wake up and cry there cuz I decided it was finally time to eat. Mommy had to sit in the Target Cafe and feed me a bottle. I was a big hit with everyone & people were smiling at me left & right. I can't blame them, I mean, I am cute after all! Some lady asked my mom if I was a boy or a girl and Mommy thought the lady was cuckoo cuz I had on an all lavender outfit with PINK sox!!! Silly lady!! All in all, a fun day with my mom!!

We went over to Gretchen & Lenny's to watch the Superbowl last Sunday. Lenny's friends, Jim & Val brought their almost 6 month old son, Drew, with them. He's a cutie, so of course I had to get a pic of the 2 babies!

Little Miss Kendall has had a growth spurt length-wise. Newborn sleepers that fit her last week are now too short on her. Awww, she is growing up. It's a bit sad. At least they fit her for 2 months though! She still fits into her newborn pant outfits. I'm sure she will grow out of those soon too. Time for new outfits!! Baby clothes shopping is so much fun!! U can really find some good deals too.
